Has worked both in academia and in industry, where he was a medical director for Nestle USA, Johnson and Johnson and Abbott Laboratories
Has edited ASPEN’s Nutrition Support Practice Manual and served on the board of directors of ASPEN and the American Board of Physician Nutrition Specialists; and
Editor-in-Chief for the American Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition’s Nutrition in Clinical Practice journal
