Children’s diets – the greatest determinant of global health
The last thirty years has seen the fastest shift in the state of global nutrition in human history. While undernutrition persists, it is now seen alongside the rise of overweight and obesity, and non-communicable disease. Early life dietary patterns have become the biggest determinant of morbidity and mortality, and is an opportunity to tap when it comes to improving overall global health.
