Protein Evolution of Breast Milk

In this lecture Le Ye Lee and Sagar Thakkar discuss data found on the evolution of protein in breast milk during the first year of lactation. They introduce the objective of the study, the design and outcomes, they key findings and the evolution of protein in human breast milk. They have also find some data that suggest that the gender of the offspring may influence protein content of the mother's breast milk, however more data is needed.
