Professor Kari Nadeau outlined existing and new evidence supporting early and regular introduction of diverse food allergens at low doses. Of note, protein mixtures appear to show superior induction of an anti-allergenic state versus single foods, likely mediated by improvement in key biomarkers associated with sensitization.
