Crohn’s Disease Exclusion Diet (CDED) + Partial Enteral Nutrition (PEN) has been shown to be effective, very safe, and well-tolerated as a 12 week course for induction of sustained remission in mild-moderate, pediatric and young adult CD patients. CDCE + PEN can induce and maintain remission, achieve and maintain mucosal healing for many years and can also be used for a wide spectrum of patients: primary therapy, induction of remission after failure of biologics, to induce mucosal healing.
