Present state of the art on dietary management in Crohn’s Disease

A multidisciplinary approach to Crohn’s disease management requires integration of medical therapy with nutritional strategies during induction and maintenance of remission. New dietary studies will provide the evidence base to complement the traditional approach of exclusive enteral nutrition.
