Hydrolysed Protein and Allergy Prevention – the Role of Meta-analysis

Not all hydrolyzed formulas are equal. The efficacy for prevention of allergy should be established for each hydrolysed formula, as factors such as the protein source, hydrolysis method, and degree of hydrolysis that often depend on the manufacturer contribute to differences among hydrolysates.
