Choices in dietary management of infants with cow’s milk protein allergy (CMPA) are of vast importance in ensuring the growth and development to meet the genetic potential. However, feeding the infant with CMPA is challenged by how to make the right choices applicable for age. The issues to consider include the diet of the breastfeeding mother and the choice of specialty infant formula.
