Influence of Variations in Body Hydration on Cognitive Function: Effect of Hyperhydration, Heat Stress, and Exercise-Induced Dehydration

In this study, Cian et al, showed that heat stress and exercise have the same detrimental effect on cognitive performance, while hyperhydration improves short-term memory. After extra exercise, dehydration still impaired psychomotor skills. Long-term memory decreased in both control and dehydration situations.
