Wejdan Abdulkarim is a Pediatric Clinical Dietitian, King Khalid University Hospital, Saudi Arabia who earned her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from King Saud University, College of Applied Medical Sciences, Saudi Arabia. She also has additional nutrition science education from the University of Alberta, Canada, University of Manitoba, Canada, and University of Winnipeg, Canada. 

She participates in training for trainer courses on Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) counseling programs, breastfeeding initiatives, and general and other fields of nutrition, among other activities. 

Her research focus is on pediatric enteral and parenteral feeding, and the effects of diet on the nutrient levels in early infancy.
