Keith Godfrey

Keith Godfrey MBE, BM PhD FRCP MAE FMedSci received a B.M. in Medicine in 1983 (Honours and Clinical Distinction) and PhD in Medical Sciences in 1999 from the University of Southampton. Now, he leads the NIHR Southampton Biomedical Research Centre Lifecourse Nutrition, Lifestyle and Health Theme. He also serves as an NIHR Senior Investigator and Professor of Epidemiology and Human Development at the MRC Lifecourse Epidemiology Centre, at the University of Southampton. 

His other appointments include:
Associate Dean for Enterprise, for Faculty of Medicine at the University of Southampton;
Honorary Consultant at the University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust; Visiting Professor at the National University of Singapore; and Co-Chair of the UK Preconception Partnership.
