The major causes of growth failure and neurodevelopment in preterm infants is the inadequate protein intake. The most important objective of nutritional management in preterm is the prevention of growth failure and protection of the infants brain. In this presentation, Ekhard Ziegler shares practices to minimize growth failure in those preterm infants.
