This lecture presented on May 4, 2016 reviews the most common signs and symptoms of a cow’s milk protein allergy. Often times, there is confusion between an allergy versus an intolerance so the difference between these two is discussed. An overview of nutrition treatment strategies for infants and children with a cow’s milk protein allergy is addressed, including those that are formula fed.
