The 73rd Nestlé Nutrition Institute Workshop took place in San Diego, USA in September 2012. Obesity is a public health issue of great concern to researchers and public health sectors alike. Therefore the NNI organized this first workshop in adult nutrition dedicated to the topic: "Obesity Treatment and Prevention: New Directions".
