Applications being accepted for new pediatric course in Africa, supported by ESPGHAN and NNI

A new Post Graduate Course in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition will take place in March and October 2013, with applications now being accepted. The closing date for applications is 15 January 2013.    

The course will contain two modules focusing on important clinical problems in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition, presented through a mix of case presentations, lectures, practical sessions and e-learning. E-Learning modules are accredited for CME by the European UEMS.

The course will take place at the University of Cape Town that will issue a certificate of competence and CPD accreditation. The course content will be delivered by prominent ESPGHAN members. It is open to pediatricians and medical practitioners involved in the care of children in Africa.

The Nestlé Nutrition Institute is supporting the course with an educational grant.
