Summary
Clinical Nutrition Week 2012 was held in Orlando, Florida, USA. More than 1,800 physicians, dietitians, nurses, pharmacists, educators and researchers participated to the congress. The NNI was present with a booth and organized a breakfast symposium entitled: "Nutrition Emergency in the ICU: Challenges and Solutions".
